This couple! I’m not kidding when I say–I LOVE this couple!
Let me rewind a bit. When my hubs was studying his undergrad in Kansas, he met Michael (aka: Tiger). They were roommates since Sophomore year. (My) Michael and I dated long distance, and let me tell you, stories about Tiger were frequent. Stories like how they transformed their dorm into a mini putt putt golf course, indoor soccer games they played in, holes they put in their walls (and slyly covered up with a poster and toothpaste). Stories like throwing people out of two story windows (disclaimer: no one was harmed in the process). And soon, I started hearing stories about a girl named Allie…
The first time I met Allie was over Christmas break in Kansas when we decided to go for a double date night on the Plaza. Allie was kind, sweet-spirited, and quick to laugh. I liked this girl.
A few more years passed, double dates and Summer grill outs, game nights at our house, going to weddings together, and then I got a call from Tiger. He was going to propose! We were honored to get to be there to snap a few shots that snowy Winter night then celebrate with some hot chocolate at Starbucks after. When they asked me to take their engagement pictures, it felt so right! They are the kind of couple you could meet once, then feel like you could call on for help if your car broke down. They are easy to be around, down to earth, and oh so in love!
