When Haley asked me if I could do her Senior pictures, I was literally THRILLED! (But seriously, I was! Ask Michael!) After a few emails it was decided, Parkville’s English Landing Park at sunrise! (Let me throw in a side note here: Haley was amazing!!! When I asked her what time was best to do pictures, she responded “Whatever you think! Just tell me what time and I’ll be there!” I probably had the most dumbfounded look on my face! So we settled on sunrise!)
And let me tell you, when my alarm went off I quickly questioned my decision. “What was I thinking scheduling a sunrise shoot again!?” I repeated back to myself, “Lacey, it will be worth it. It will be worth it. It will be worth it.” Some positive self-encouragement and a huge cup of coffee–and I was off! And let me tell you IT WAS WORTH IT!!!
When I got there, Haley had on the most adorable floral print dress! (And yes, she even brought a huge hat! I was about to die!!) And if that wasn’t just the best ever, we walked down to the river and there were geese swimming behind her!!! SERIOUSLY!?
I wish every one of you reading this post could meet Haley! You would love her! She has such an easy-going manner (I think she hummed throughout her whole shoot!), that and come on, she’s GORGEOUS! 😉 (Thanks for making my job so easy!)
Here’s to one more year Haley! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you!
Look at this wall!!! Isn’t this the coolest thing you’ve ever seen!?
We wandered into downtown Parkville and found this little jewel of a spot! I couldn’t get enough of that reflection (haha yes, I was in the middle of the street when I took this!) And that bench–is it not the cutest ever!?
