Give this timeline to all your vendors!
It seems silly, but forwarding this to all the other vendors involved in making your wedding beautiful (videographer, hair & makeup stylist, DJ, caterer, florist, venue, wedding coordinator etc) does so much for you!
1) First and most importantly, it puts everybody on the same page! There aren’t three timelines floating around out there with each vendor thinking everyone else will be following theirs. This eliminates confusion.
2) No one is coming up to you during your wedding and asking you when something will happen. You want to be relaxed and enjoy every second of your wedding! There is a release of stress for you because you know that the vendors know exactly where to be and when!
3) There is unity in the team because we are all following the same guide! We’ll all be working towards the same end goal and trying to complete portraits by the same time!
Want a bonus tip? Forward this timeline to your bridal party and parents. Then during the various sections of the wedding day–from the getting ready to the family portraits to the bridal party pictures and reception–everyone involved in those pictures will know exactly where to be and when!
