Through the foliage of Spring leaves lush with green and down the long, winding gravel drive–at the end of this perfect scene were two people, two lives, two stories on the cusp of becoming one.
Predicted for the day were high percentages of steady rain, but instead, like nature’s gift to the newlyweds, the skies sealed their stormy edges.
And it’s there, their perfect day began. It’s there she fixed her hair just so and there he put on his vest and straightened his tie. It’s there their dream became a reality and there their vows were made.
It was there, in nature’s hillside auditorium that they committed their lives to the other. There friends watched on under twinkle lights. There fields behind the hushed at the sight.
It was there they celebrated, danced, toasted and ran hand in hand between family and friends with sparklers swirling their universal jubilee.
This scene…where two people, two lives, two stories had now officially, finally, beautifully become one.
