This was my eighth session with the Kleinmeyer family. There is something so sweet about walking through a story alongside someone, seeing a family literally grow from two to six. Stepping from maternity to newborn to milestones with them and with my camera in hand.

As I chatted with Kelsie before her session, I asked what would be the one thing she would hope to feel as she looked at her gallery. Because that’s what I hope for, that all my families would have a beautiful experience but more that they would walk away from their session with this breathtaking gallery where the images told their story, where they looked at their images and they felt that they were truly theirs.

So I asked, and she said complete.

Baby Bennett was a surprise, that final beautiful bow to their family. And so as I prepped for their session, that was what I wanted their gallery to feel. A sense of completion. That final contented whisper of thanks as they see their family, filled full, finished, and finally complete.
