It starts and then slowly, sweetly you live it. Their small hands. That newborn smell. Their first smile, first steps, first laugh. The long nights seems shorter and so worth it. You watch them together and realize there’s nothing like it.
These kids, this love, your family.
A year goes by in one slow blink.

Everything great and small inside that year and you realize, this is just the beginning.
